Yes. Semi-Managed works like a local co-host: you look after the property, and we run the listing, pricing, calendar and guest messaging for you. Full Management adds turnovers, cleaning, linen, restocking and on-site support for fully hands-off ownership.
Do I need a Vancouver short-term rental licence?
If your property is inside Vancouver city limits and used for short stays, yes. Licence & Consulting handles the full application end-to-end plus BC registration and renewal reminders. Government fees are billed separately by the City/Province.
What’s the difference between Listing Boost and the managed tiers?
Listing Boost is a self-serve, one-time paid promotion for a listing you already run yourself. The managed tiers (Visibility Boost, Semi-Managed, Full Management) are ongoing management services for a percentage of revenue.
